Weekday Schedule:

  • 5:00am (M/W/F) Crossfit
  • 6:00am (T/R) Crossfit
  • 11:30-1pm (M/T/F) Open Gym-Crossfit
  • 9:00am – Crossfit **
  • 4:30pm – Crossfit **
  • 5:30pm – Crossfit **

**Monday through Friday

Saturday:

  • 10:00am Team Workout

Drop in: $15 per session and $50 for a week long.

*Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.

Please note: this schedule is for members of Shackle Island Crossfit & Weightlifting and experienced CrossFit drop-ins to reserve a class. New members should visit the Get Started page to schedule your intro.
